Operating Method

In order to be a reliable and efficient partner, EOS & Partners adapts each task to the individual needs of its Clients. Using a methodological approach and a consolidated procedure, and after gaining and in-depth understanding of the business model, the team begins to work on the most appropriate solutions to meet the expectations of the entrepreneur. The work is usually organised into Phases that divide the usual critical issues into specific areas of analysis with clearly defined goals and tasks.

1 First Phase – Getting to know the entrepreneur
This Phase involves the initiation of a dialogue with the entrepreneur aimed at gaining insight into the industrial project, the goals and the expectations. At the same time acquire all data relating to accounting and extra-accounting, which is useful for the analysis of the situation under consideration.

2 Second Phase – Getting to know the operation
Examination of documents received, with particular attention to the Financial situation, the Business Plan and the Values and Corporate Management of the company. During this Phase, the Team in charge evaluates the adequacy of expectations in relation to the degree of maturity of the company and the type of strategy to be adopted, before sharing the results and values with the entrepreneur. Preparation of the dossier of documents, which can be passed to any interested investors.

3 Third Phase – Identifying solutions
At this stage the team will move on to finding solutions and the relative strategy to adopt, selecting the most suitable players to achieve the desired objectives.

4 Fourth Phase – Operation
This is the phase in which takes the strategy is put into effect. There will be a series of meetings, presentations, and discussions, always supported by EOS & Partners, resulting in the final negotiations which will then progress to the conclusive definition of the operation.
